About

I provide bespoke organisational, writing, and project management support for creative individuals and teams, enabling busy people to balance their personal life, work commitments and professional focus.

I have worked with researchers, writers, artists and show runners, both remotely and onsite.

As a European Citizen with right to remain in the UK, I have professional bases in London, Paris, and Athens. I also enjoy very much undertaking special projects in the US.

Services

You can have as much or as little of my time as you need. Some clients impart routine, or siloed tasks on to me. Others prefer to set time aside and work together on things.

Personal admin & planning systems

Organisation and logistics: Inbox, resource and calendar management; Travel arrangements; Tracking expenses and invoices, Setting up reminders.

Building and maintaining systems and processes to keep the day-to-day running efficiently, ensuring the seamless operation of the day and ‘making the most of all the time’; Personal errands such as sourcing gifts.

Creating systems on multi-partner projects.

Support with managing websites and internal communication.

Project Based Archivist

Setting up and maintaining databases (digital & physical) ; Creating excerpt collections; General archive management; Inventory of collections of works; Catalogue production.

Extensive demonstrated experience in both physical archives and digital databases–creation, best practices, maintenance.

Digital Asset Management

Managing file systems, CRMs, and other databases; Designing bespoke systems to catalogue information.

Project Studio Assistant

Creating budgets and producing timelines; Art project management; Documenting processes.

Planning & coordinating framing, storage, and the handling of works; Art Movement; Installation.

Content support

Documenting & collating research; Sense-making ; Creating templates; Writing briefing documents.

Rates and Packages

My services start with a free consultation over video call. For punctual help I provide ad hoc services at my standard €65 per hour rate. For more complex or extensive projects, I offer tailor-made packages taking into account your needs in terms of content, time and budget— that’s what the initial call is for.

During our initial conversation we will review what expertise you need or what tasks you may wish to outsource, what tasks may take up too much of your time or headspace, slow you or your team down, or simply that you may not enjoy doing.

Please note that travel expenses may apply with on-site work.

5 Hours a Month

Best suited for those who only need light assistance with the occasional project or collection of tasks.

10 Hours a Month

Ongoing support on a weekly basis.

20 Hours a Month

Soho House Art Collection

Soho House is a members club for people in the creative industries.

Global, 20+ houses. Inventory of over 2,000+ artworks across sites; Coordination for new acquisitions, including planning and overseeing art movement, framing, storage, and installation; Creation of complex art budgets, and liaison with departments in-house: Curator, Interior Design, Architects, Accounts, Legal and the Finance teams, as well as externally: Artists, Galleries, Valuation House. Artist Liaison duties.

Careful Industries

Careful Industries is a research studio specialising in understanding and anticipating the social impacts of Technology. Most of the work is carried out digitally.

I work closely with founder Rachel Coldicutt to ensure the seamless operation of her diary across multiple projects, commitments, and international speaking engagements; supporting and delivering high-quality logistics for the leadership team on all things logistics, including inbox, resource and calendar management; I manage the websites and internal communication; and work with a wide-range of external stakeholders from across multiple sectors to ensure that everyone who comes into contact with us has a good experience.

David Adjaye

Sir David Adjaye is the principal architect of Adjaye Associates with offices in London, NYC, Accra, and Berlin.

As personal Assistant to David Adjaye, I was working closely with David to ensure maximum productivity and efficiency throughout the day. Coordinating complex schedules, UK and international travels. Liaising with Project Architects and studio Directors in London, NYC, Berlin, and Accra studios. Liaising with family members to coordinate personal affairs.

Theaster Gates

Theaster Gates is an American social practice installation artist and a professor in the Department of Visual Arts at the University of Chicago.

I created a bespoke database for Theaster Gates Studio; each object was inventoried and photographed, into a useful visual reference library. Based at the Chicago studio.

Francesca Gavin

Francesca Gavin is a London based art writer and editor.

I assisted Francesca Gavin as a research assistant: conducting interviews, desk research, and providing Francesca with the materials and support they needed to meet their increasingly tight deadlines.

Gertrude Contemporary Art Spaces

Gertrude is Australia’s leading incubator of contemporary art.

My primary role was to provide care and assistance to up to 21 artists in this Melbourne based residency. Alongside this, I helped maintain the gallery’s inventory of works & client database, conducted research, built and maintained a knowledge of artworks to better assist visitors during exhibitions. Working alongside a team of three for a year as gallery assistant, supporting the gallery manager, curator, and gallery director as needed.

Marché du Film, Festival de Cannes

The Cannes Film Festival is an annual international film festival.

As Assistant to Myriam Arab’s team at Marché du Film for the Festival de Cannes, I compiled media analytics & financial information, liaised with film producers and their representatives, and contributed ideas to marketing campaigns. I also worked on site at the festival every year (3) in May.

I have transferrable skills, parallel experience on other projects, and can take that learning, insights and practical experience into new roles. I am a meticulous person with a strong capacity to focus and input action into my role. I like taking the time it takes to do things well. I’m not someone who particularly likes to thrives under pressure.
